The family owned, Donald Ross design Rip Van Winkle Country Club is located in Palenville, 10 minutes from Saugerties, Woodstock, Hunter and Catskill.
Rolling fairways allow for easy walking and spectacular views and motorized carts are available. The Rip is open to the public seven days a week, tee times are recommended on weekends and holidays.
The Rip's 9 unique golf holes are the perfect place for beginners to start their journey of learning the game of golf, as well as offering a challenge to low handicaps or experienced golfers.
